Marinated pork loin with broccoli salad
A delightful pork loin marinated in orange juice mixed with spices. Serve the slices of loin on top of a fresh salad with crunchy broccoli, celery, and pumpkin. Finish of with creamy dressing and crispy bacon dices.

200 gbacon (piece)
300 mlcrème fraiche (38% fat)
2 dsp.acacia honey

200 ghokkaido pumpkin (alternatively carrots)
