ESS-FOOD are expanding our Seafood Category across Europe and Overseas markets. We’re looking for new colleagues to join our experienced team.

Who Are We Looking For?

 

We’re open to two types of profiles:

The Ambitious Starter

• You’re eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, international environment.
• You want to be part of a young, energetic team where your ideas matter.
• You’re curious, driven, and ready to dive into the seafood industry.
• You have 2–3 years of relevant experience in trading, sales, procurement, or a related field.

The Experienced Trader

• You bring a strong network and a proven track record in trading.
• You’re looking for freedom and flexibility – no internal competition, just opportunity.
• You want to shape your own role and make a real impact in a small, agile team.
• You’ll have a rare opportunity to transform ESS-FOOD from a small player into a major player in the seafood industry. With minimal internal barriers and full support from leadership, you can build your own portfolio, drive strategy, and leave your mark on a growing business.
